Elix was Co-Founded in 2008 by Armando Gálvez Caballero (CEO), and since, has successfully designed and developed a full array of projects; accesible housing, high end residential and multi-purpose developments including office and retail. Elix has also served as project managers in third party endeavours, including iconic touristic properties in Mexico with hotels and golf.
To date, Elix has delivered over US$200 MDD in inventory, always with positive conclusions, working with international investment funds, banks and private equity.
L'eau represents a new era of projects for Elix, focusing in leisure, second home and absolute excitement in the Mexican coasts.
